　　Pierre Ly，法国图卢兹大学（Toulouse）经济学博士，美国普及湾大学(University of Puget Sound) 国际政治经济学副教授。主要从事葡萄酒政治经济学、非政府组织方面的教学与科研工作。2007年1月-5月在伦敦城市大学做经济学客座讲师；2008.7至今，任美国普及湾大学任教。在World Development, Public Choice, Voluntas, Annals of Public and Cooperative Economics等期刊发展多篇学术论文。
